Provider process and payment terms

You keep 70%. Carpet Quote Now earns 30%. No completed job, no referral fee. No upfront lead purchase or subscription is required under this offer. Applications are reviewed before approval; lead volume and earnings are not guaranteed.

Fee and payment basis

For a Carpet Quote Now referral accepted under these terms, the referral fee is 30% of the completed job subtotal actually collected from the customer, including labor and materials and excluding separately itemized sales tax, tips and refunded amounts. You collect the customer payment directly through your own payment system, then pay Carpet Quote Now its 30% share. You retain the remaining 70% before your own business costs. For a $500 eligible collected job subtotal, you collect $500, pay Carpet Quote Now $150 and retain $350. Quotes, cancellations, uncompleted jobs and unpaid amounts do not trigger a fee. Partial or disputed jobs require review before a fee is finalized.

The provider contacts the customer

The assigned provider is responsible for reaching out to the customer, confirming the scope and written price, arranging the appointment, performing the work, collecting payment and handling service follow-up. Contact only customers specifically assigned to you and only about their request. Do not resell their details.

Completion and reporting

Report accepted, contacted, quoted, booked, completed, cancelled and unpaid outcomes accurately. After completion and collection, supply the job date and an itemized invoice showing the eligible collected subtotal, with unnecessary customer and payment details removed. A reported completion is reviewed before any fee is finalized. Payment instructions and due date must be confirmed in writing before the first assignment; no automatic charge is authorized by this application. Refunds reduce the eligible subtotal and must be reported.

Approval and coverage

We review service ZIPs, availability, business identity, insurance and relevant service credentials. Insurance and credentials entered on the application are self-reported until verified. Providers remain independent businesses responsible for their work, pricing and applicable requirements. No exclusivity or minimum number of leads is promised. The 30% applies only to accepted referrals under this version, not retroactively to unrelated or previously agreed work.
