Describe the result you need, not just the machine
Tell the company whether the concern is a dull traffic path, accumulated soil, an old treatment residue or general maintenance. Cleaning method and moisture management depend on the carpet and setting. Do not assume more heat or water means a better result.

Questions before you request
Are steam cleaning and deep cleaning identical?
No. Steam cleaning is often used to describe hot water extraction, while deep cleaning describes a desired level of cleaning. Ask the company to name its method and explain suitability for your carpet.
Can I request a different schedule?
Yes. Choose Emergency / ASAP, Today, This week or Flexible, and describe any access or completion deadline. No schedule is confirmed by this form.
Is a written quote guaranteed?
No. A company may not be found or may decline the job. If one considers the request, ask it to confirm the work and price before authorizing service.
