What if my building requires insurance paperwork?
List the documents and approval process required by your building. The company must confirm it can meet those requirements before you authorize entry.
Does a city page mean a company is available?
No. It means requests are accepted for that location. I must find a company willing to consider the particular job; matching may not be possible.
Who sets the price and appointment?
The independent company sets its own price, explains the work and confirms the appointment directly. A request here does not confirm a booking.
