Plan cleaning around how the space is used
A single spill in an occupied office is different from a whole-floor cleaning during a vacancy. Identify the zones that can be isolated, who authorizes access and the time the space must reopen. Ask the company about written scope, safe reuse and any business documentation you require.

If there is no fixed deadline, describe the work and the dates you can consider. The company sets its own schedule.

Questions before you request
Can I request an urgent whole-office job?
Yes. Include area size, what happened and the reopening deadline. A company must independently confirm whether it can take the job, its scope and its schedule.
Can I request a different schedule?
Yes. Choose Emergency / ASAP, Today, This week or Flexible, and describe any access or completion deadline. No schedule is confirmed by this form.
Is a written quote guaranteed?
No. A company may not be found or may decline the job. If one considers the request, ask it to confirm the work and price before authorizing service.
