Can flooded carpet always be cleaned?
No. Water source, contamination, materials and duration matter. A qualified specialist must assess whether cleaning, drying, removal or further restoration is appropriate.
Can I request a different schedule?

Is a written quote guaranteed?
No. A company may not be found or may decline the job. If one considers the request, ask it to confirm the work and price before authorizing service.
