A spill history is more useful than a stain label
Describe the substance, approximate affected size and any treatment you have already tried. Include whether the mark changed after drying or returned after earlier cleaning. Keep a product label or carpet care instruction available for the company to review.

Questions before you request
Can you guarantee red wine removal?
No. Age, dyes, fiber damage and prior treatments can affect the result. An independent company must assess the stain and explain the limits of its proposed treatment.
Can I request a different schedule?
Yes. Choose Emergency / ASAP, Today, This week or Flexible, and describe any access or completion deadline. No schedule is confirmed by this form.
Is a written quote guaranteed?
No. A company may not be found or may decline the job. If one considers the request, ask it to confirm the work and price before authorizing service.
