What happens after a request
I review the job and use the location, service and timing to look for a company. I prioritize urgent requests for prompt review and forwarding when a suitable company is identified. If a company considers the request, it must confirm price and scheduling directly. No match or booking is guaranteed.
What you control
You decide whether to speak with a company, accept its written quote or authorize work. Ask about its qualifications and service terms. Submitting this form does not require you to hire anyone.
Choose the timing that fits your job
Emergency / ASAP
For an urgent spill, pet accident, wet carpet or a large affected area. I prioritize urgent requests for prompt review and forwarding when I identify a suitable company.
Today
State your access window and when the space must be usable. A same-day request is not a confirmed appointment.
This week
Include preferred dates, inspection or handover deadlines and any dates you cannot accept.
Flexible
If there is no fixed deadline, describe the work and the dates you can consider. The company sets its own schedule.
No reply window, arrival time or availability in any city is guaranteed.
Questions before you request
Does a city page mean a company is available?
No. It means requests are accepted for that location. I must find a company willing to consider the particular job; matching may not be possible.
Who sets the price and appointment?
The independent company sets its own price, explains the work and confirms the appointment directly. A request here does not confirm a booking.
